PUNE, April 10, 2018: Quick Heal Technologies Limited (“Quick Heal”), the leading provider of IT Security products and solutions, today announced the appointment of Ms. Priti Rao as additional director (Independent Director) with effect from April 10, 2018. Ms. Rao’s appointment is subject to shareholders approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

With the addition of Ms. Priti Rao, the Board strength of the Company has increased to nine which includes five independent directors, including Ms. Rao.

Ms. Rao is currently an Independent Director at Mastek Ltd, a multinational IT services Company. She has more than 24 years of diverse experience in building and delivering range of IT services for customers located across five continents. Her experience includes building large remote infrastructure services business using global delivery model. She has held senior executive positions with global teams and her past responsibilities includes running a Business unit & taking full P&L responsibility, heading large locations for some of the large IT services companies and multinational.
